Digital Product License
Organized Era products are sold as digital tools for personal use. A purchase grants you access to use the product for your own personal or internal household/business organization, depending on the product.
Personal Use Only
Unless written permission is provided by Organized Era, products may not be copied for others, redistributed, shared publicly, resold, sublicensed, or used to create competing products.
Intellectual Property
All designs, templates, branding, written content, systems, layouts, and related materials are the intellectual property of Organized Era.
Support Expectations
Organized Era aims to provide thoughtful support for access issues, setup questions, and product guidance. Support does not include custom redesigns, individualized implementation, or editing a customer's personal copy unless separately agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Digital products are provided as organizational tools. Organized Era is not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, data loss, or outcomes resulting from how a customer uses or modifies a product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the United States and the state where Organized Era operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
